How do I upload documents if I already sent my organizer to the preparer, or it is outside of tax season?

If you utilize your Tax Organizer and have clicked on “Send Organizer to Preparer”, you will no longer be able to go back into your tax organizer to upload documents. You will know if you have sent it to preparer if the “Send Organizer to Preparer” button is grayed out. If this happens and you need to upload additional documents, or if you need to send documents outside of tax season, follow the instructions found in this video.
